Official Website for Daniel Geery

Candidate for Utah Federal Senator

“I have recently come to know the beautiful work/passion/ideals of Dan Geery. His vision, as set forth on his website, would do much to lead us to a world based on Truth, Integrity, and Love… and wouldn’t that be nice!” — Allan Silberhartz, founder/ host award-winning, spiritual talk show, Bridging Heaven & Earth; attorney, financial consultant.

“Just read through Daniel Geery’s political page. He is a breath of fresh air in the political arena. The time is definitely ripe for 3rd parties… and what could be better than his Justice Party!” — Marcy Klingel, Environmental Coordinator, MERC

“Your position on current issues is remarkable — the first candidate I have encountered that thinks and speaks coherently about what to do to change course in finding solutions to misguided policies. I commend your boldness, clarity, integrity, and for using your intelligence not for personal gain, but for the benefit of man/womenkind. I will share your comments, your candidacy with my friends and contacts. You are, for me, even more thorough and explicit than my favorite politicians, Dennis Kucinich and Allen Grayson.” — Levi Yoder

“Thank you for such a refreshing campaign. It feels like you have great reverence to nature, my favorite special interest. I will do what I can to link people to your website.”— Marshall Everson

“I agree with Daniel. Initiate and complete a comprehensive review of the circumstances that led to and caused the horrors of 9/11, answering major questions that have not yet been answered…would be a good idea.” — Nancy Karter, Rocky Anderson Campaign

“Dan’s political platform comments exude common sense combined with good intention. Both are sorely missing in today’s world… When a candidate states: ‘I also promise to donate a third of my salary — your taxes — to a worthwhile cause in Utah — you know he’s headed in the right direction! Geery’s company,, is actively doing R and D on a new design that should soon rock the aviation world (to some extent, they already have, though they are still largely “under the radar” of public consciousness).” — Jim Welch, Marine Environmental Research Corporation

“Dan Geery is a man of tremendous passion and commitment to the highest ideals. He knows that the political duopoly of the two dominant parties has led to a corrupt system from which those parties thrive. He is committed to work in the public interest by fighting for public financing of campaigns, a constitutional amendment to reverse Citizens United, and free and equal time for qualified candidates on the people’s airwaves.   Send an important message by casting your vote in opposition to corruption in Washington and for Dan Geery, a man of real integrity.” — Rocky Anderson, U.S. Presidential Candidate, Justice Party

“If you really could get elected without one donation, it would send a shock wave around the entire planet. Your platform is the only chance our country and planet has to survive. If there is anything I can do to help from Illinois , let me know.” — Steven Finnegan

Geery’s reply : “Thank you kindly, Steven. Yes, there is something everyone who likes the ideas on the homepage can, and I believe must, do: Namely, spread the word. Click “Like,” Tweet, and send emails to folks who may likewise spread the word; quote my site freely, regularly and often wherever online comments are possible, tying a paragraph or even a few sentences into particular relevant articles. Utah newspapers are a great place to do this, but so too are larger sites, such as Opednews, Common Dreams,, Raw Story, TruthDig, Yes!, and so on. Let people know about my platforms, along with the Justice Party and   Rocky Anderson’s Presidental Run. Encourage readers to vote for any Justice Party Candidate who may show up on their ballot. Try to bring a few friends to the polls in November, particularly for me if you live in Utah (Rocky will be on the polls in many states, though not necessarily on the JP ticket).” –Daniel Geery

“I visited your website and was awed by your platform and principles, and equally amazed by your biography. Thank you for having the courage to run for public office, and dedicating yourself to the difficult task of working to transform this country which has so tragically lost its way. I can tell you are a person of real integrity. I encourage anyone… to visit your website. The vision you lay out for a new direction for this country is what all of us long for in our heart of hearts, and I think you know a little bit about hearts. Best of luck with your campaign and with all your endeavors.” — Ronnie Roberts, retired teacher

“Excellent website, excellent principles, and excellent tone. If I lived in Utah I would vote for you.” — Tom Carberry, Criminal Defense Attorney, “Defending People Against the American Police State”

“Glad I found your site and learning what you are trying to do. Even though many good people with ideals like yours could help make a sensible difference in politics and the planet, they are too entrenched by circumstances to ‘activate’ that life, I want you to know that just by reading all your excellent ideas and heartfelt feelings of common sense, you motivate and turn a ‘gear’ in the heads of many that someday will cause us to act in the ‘common goods’ behalf, sooner than later. Thanks, keep it up, and good luck. I will let people know of your quest by all means.” — Jerry Redpath, Medical Research Tech, Parent

“Thank you for giving a voice to those of us who feel alienated by the current two party system, particularly regarding the Senate race this year. I appreciate your standing up for what I believe to be true Utah values: respect for each other and our environment. These two basic principles seem to get lost in the money and partisan politics. You will have my vote this election.” –Alex White

“I have never come across a candidate that I agreed with across the board. You have a very well reasoned and common-sense based platform, one necessary to represent people of this great country of ours. I support you wholeheartedly. I completely agree with your refusal to take money, especially money from outside Utah! After all, why should anyone give money to elect an official who doesn’t represent them? Your ideas and ideals have wide appeal and I am impressed with your campaign. I wish you the best of luck and that we had a Senate filled with people actually willing to represent their constituent’s best interests.” –Nate Kirk

“The young-ish conservatives say that the older you get and the more wisdom you accumulate and the more conservative you become.  I have found quite the opposite to be true.  I see no reason to oppose same-sex marriage and the things learned from the stem-cell experiments just may allow us to live, if not longer, a bit less painfully.  And, looking back, so many things that I thought were true have been proven false, I am reluctant to scoff at any new and unheard-of ideas. Man has learned so much in just my lifetime that I have come to feel that the many unanswered questions will be solved, provided we don’t destroy each other out of nothing but hubris and self-aggrandizement.  Meanwhile, when I wake up in the morning, I know I’m still alive, it’s a new day, and I must get up and do something with it!–Mary Pitt on comment thread on my article, “Abortion, Euthanasia, Stem Cell Research, Same Sex Marriage.”

“My heart & spirit overflow with gratitude for you…. In this crazy maze of current time, your words are like a sonic boom! To know, deeply, that these visions are not solitary, and that individuals such as you are bringing them to light, is powerful medicine. I resonate with your powerful words and beliefs. I hope you run for President. I see no other way but the ways that you have laid out and embraced. Thank you!!!” —Erin

“Just found your website this morning. What a breath of fresh air you are! You have my vote and I’ll help spread this bit of pleasantness to all I know!” — Warm Regards,  Marcy

“I try really hard to be an informed voter, and decided to go through the ballot looking for information on each candidate. I got to your website and realized a lot of your ideals coincide with mine. I wanted to let you know that I am going to be voting for you this election cycle. If you win, you would bring some much-needed refreshment to Washington.” –Brigitte R

Dan, I watched your three minute video talking about your platform.  You are definitely a maverick –the good kind.  If government would address the issues with the sanity you propose, what a world it would be.  So let’s never give up the good fight.  We may not live long enough to see the change, but the rewards of searching out the truths, exposing injustices, and the act of loving one’s neighbor is reward enough.–Levi Yoder (In reference to
